Cold-chain packaging
Every order ships with dry ice inside an insulated mailer. This keeps the material deeply cold throughout transit, protecting its molecular structure from the moment it leaves our facility to the moment it reaches your bench. Dry ice sublimates safely in transit, so packages arrive clean and dry.
Processing & shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship to regions where the sale of research materials is permitted. It is your responsibility to confirm that import is lawful at your destination.
Returns
Because of the nature of these research materials, returns are limited. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Opened items cannot be returned.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
