What does "for research use only" mean?
Our products are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research. They are not for human or animal consumption and not for any diagnostic or therapeutic use.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is analysed by an independent laboratory, and we publish the certificate of analysis before the product goes on sale.
How do I verify a batch?
Enter the lot number printed on your vial on our Verify page to see that exact batch’s results — purity, test date, and lab.
How should materials be stored?
Storage guidance is listed on each product page. In general, lyophilised material is kept cold and protected from light, per standard laboratory practice.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payment is processed securely at checkout. Card data is handled by the payment gateway and never stored on our servers.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder more easily.
